This project with Lampert Lumber is the perfect example of the teamwork, communication, and dedication our team puts into every project. A handful of uprights within their mezzanine system were damaged after being backed into by a forklift and their team needed a quick turnaround on repairs. Our team completed a swift assessment, sent it to Mac Rak for production, and coordinated all shipping and communication logistics. Despite working in a non-heated shed in the dead of winter, we pulled through the installation in just one day. We eliminated the need for their team to unload any product by using the Mac Rak proprietary jack to install 9 Bolted Advantage repair kits, getting them back to scheduled business the following day with no interruption.
